A Welcome Message

Welcome to the Wealth Foundry blog! This is a place for discussions on timely planning topics, reactions to financial headlines, and answers to common client questions. I built the firm around the recurring questions I hear often from my family and friends, with a service offering at a compelling price point that fills a gap in the existing financial advising marketplace. 

With Wealth Foundry, I’m able to leverage my past experience working at fintech startups (more about my background here) and expertise in two areas I saw my clients getting excited about the most - equity compensation and real estate. As these are two areas that often sit outside the scope of traditional advising, it’s a joy to be meeting both this interest and demand. Many of the engineers, scientists, and tech professionals I was working with had deep curiosity here, and it was exciting to have conversations with people who appreciate the contextual stepping stones connecting where they were today to my proposed recommendations. 

A foundry is the act, process, or art of casting metals, and I see a similarity to how I approach the financial planning process - helping clients achieve their financial goals is part art, part science.
